מדינת ישראל הודיעה קבל עולם כי היא החליטה להפקיר את אזרחיה היהודים למאות רוצחים שישולחו לחופשי למרחבים האזרחיים ובפרט אלה הנמצאים באזורים ששוחררו לאחר ששת הימים. יהודה שומרון ובנימין [הישו"ב] והמרחב הירושלמי.

On Releasing Terrorists Declaration of the Jewish Authority The State of Israel has announced before the world that it has decided to abandon its Jewish citizens to the hundreds of murderers set free to rampage the country, and particularly to those areas liberated in the Six Day War: Yehuda, Shomron and Binyomin and especially the Jerusalem area. Until now, every “deal” made to free Arab murderers – even the Japanese Kozo Okamoto and the monstrous Samir Kontar – just as the murderers set free now, that have been sentenced to “sixteen [consecutive] life sentences”, has apparently succeeded in removing the murderers from the major population centers to the Gaza Strip, Lebanon and overseas. The fact that the regime in the State of Israel makes a habit of conducting psychological warfare in the form of Orwellian phrases such as “sixteen consecutive life sentences” reveals its bankrupt and psychopathic nature as a carrier of what can only be described as a terminal mental disorder that is not amenable to any cure. The desire to free murderers stands in raw opposition to the sacred concept of “redemption of captives”. To our great sorrow, many rabbis and spiritual “leaders” seem to be either stricken dumb or in apparent support of the actions of the regime, distancing themselves from any responsible role by advancing false claims and practicing all manner of deception as if they have no role to play in this script. The immediate result of releasing these wild and uncontrollable murderers is clearly and evidently an build-up in pressure by the Arabs and others to increase anti- Jewish sentiment beyond all previous proportions while vilifying the Jewish People in a move to justify oppressing them. The regime of the State of Israel is supposed by many to actually represent the Jewish People, in whose Name that regime begs for the Arab States to recognize itself as a “Jewish State”. The freeing of murderers results, first and foremost, in a breach in the capability of the Jewish Community to defend itself in direct contravention to the clear obligation undertaken by the State – most specifically under the mantra of “Never Again”. The Zionist Movement was initially established as a movement for the independence and self-defense in a political haven throughout the Land of Israel. However, since the Land of Israel has become contaminated by the abominations of its rulers, this refuge has become more like an overnight shelter that has already been broken into by brigands; a desolate tenement that cannot afford proper protection to the Jewish People – but rather just the opposite; a cause for the denigration of the Jewish People in denial of the Jewish Identity and the Jewish Mission in the world. We do not recognize the current regime in the State of Israel, its institutions, its Government, its court system, its security forces, its “rabbis” and their bureaucracies as true Representatives of the Jewish People, and certainly not a representatives of those living in the areas to which these murderers have been sent. The State of Israel is attempting to build up its legitimacy by favoring Arab murderers and by turning the very concepts of mercy and kindness upside down. By obfuscating Jewish Rights to life and property, by not even recognizing the Rights of the Jewish People throughout the Land of Israel – even to the point of active denial, by physically demolishing Jewish homes and brutally expelling Jews from their houses, by defaming and vilifying young Jews that train themselves in self-defense, by incarcerating those few Jews that have actually attempted to restrain the rampant lawlessness by their own initiative in prisons under life sentences that are never commuted – Jewish prisoners that have fallen victim to sting operations by the GSS as part of a plot to stir up blood libels against Jews in order to alienate and malign; paving the way for sanctions and exclusion for the Community of Nations. Therefore, every self-respecting Jewish individual should be aware that he has become a captive condemned to a life-sentence under the State and, in gross understatement, an embarrassment to the Jewish People. In order to remove this humiliation, reverse this disgrace and repair the irreparable damage do to its Honor, the regime in the State of Israel will be compelled to seek extreme and complex solutions and fight unnecessary wars that have not been properly considered. Even if the State manages to achieve some measure of success in these wars, the regime does not even profess to know what to do with the pyrrhic victory gained at the cost of immeasurable bloodshed. The goals of the putative State of Israel have been subverted into a plan to establish another enemy state in the Land of Israel with the approbation of the States of the United Nations and under the ostensible duress of the Arab states to accept that which they have not even sought. The direction of the regime in the State of Israel has become a mortal and inhumane danger to the Jewish Community and is contrary to all rational thought. Under these circumstances, we call upon all Jewish individuals that have menaged to retain their sanity and still value their own lives and the Honor of the Jewish Nation as their primary inheritance to become partners in the Jewish Authority as the way of participating in the new Leadership of the Jewish People and the rejection of the Great Deceptions of our time. First and foremost, we appeal to the residents of Jerusalem and the surrounding areas, and to the inhabitants of the Yishuv (Yehuda, Shomron and Binyomin) to participate in the properly elected Representative Council established in order to ratify the Basic Laws and to organize properly constituted Community institutions and a qualified Leadership according to the decisions taken by the People in these difficult times. In order to establish a proper defense force and a secure perimeter we must awaken a National sense of determination and a real sense of united effort and close partnership among hundreds of thousands of our People. If we do not, we fall prey to murderers and deceivers whose primary aim is to remove us from our homes and from our Land. This obligation lies upon every single individual in the Jewish People. עם שחרור המחבלים הודעת הרשות היהודית מדינת ישראל הודיעה קבל עולם כי היא החליטה להפקיר את אזרחיה היהודים למאות רוצחים שישולחו לחופשי למרחבים האזרחיים ובפרט אלה הנמצאים באזורים ששוחררו לאחר ששת הימים. יהודה שומרון ובנימין [הישו"ב] והמרחב הירושלמי. עד עתה בכל עסקות שחרור הרוצחים הערבים לרבות קוזו אוקמוטו היפני, או המפלצת סמיר קונטר כמו רוצחים ורוצחות מפלצתיים המשוחררים עכשו, שנשפטו "לששה עשר מאסרי עולם" הצליחה כנראה ישראל לסלק את הרוצחים מתוך המרחב האזרחי לרצועת עזה, ללבנון או אל מעבר לים. ההרגל לרמות את האוכלוסיה היהודית מלכתחילה כמו בסיסמת "שישה עשר מאסרי עולם" חשף את טבעם החלול והפסיכופאטי של שלטונות ישראל, הנושאים מחלת נפש מסוכנת וסופנית שאינה ניתנת לריפוי. התאווה לשחרר רוצחים תחת הזניית המושג הקדוש 'פדיון שבויים'. לצערנו הרב רבנים רבים מדי ממלאים את פיהם מים או מזדהים עם מעשי השלטון ופורקים מעצמם אחריות הלכתית בטענת השקר ובאחיזת עיניים כי הם אינם מתמצאים בנושא. תוצאותיו הברורות של שחרור הרוצחים הפרוע והמופקר הוא ליבוי הדרישות האנטישמיות הערביות והאחרות לממדים שלא היו מעולם תוך פריקת שם העם היהודי והפקרתו למשיסה. העם היהודי הוא העם שכביכול בשמו מדברת מדינת ישראל, התובעת מהעולם הערבי להכיר בה כמדינה יהודית. שחרור הרוצחים הוא קודם וראש לכל פריקת ההגנה העצמית מעל העם היהודי שלו עשתה עצמה מחוייבת מדינת ישראל, בפרט תחת סיסמת השקר "לעולם לא עוד". התנועה הציונית קמה בראשיתה כתנועה לשם הגנה עצמית במקלט המדיני במרחבי ארץ ישראל. אך לאחר שארץ ישראל נטמאה בגילולי שלטונותיה המקלט חזר להיות מקלט לילה פרוץ. מקלט חשוך שאינו מעניק את ההגנה הראויה לעם היהודי אלא בדיוק להפך, מהווה סיבה להשפלת ישראל המתכחשת לזהותה וייעודה. איננו רואים בשלטונות מדינת ישראל במוסדותיה, ממשלתה, . בתי המשפט שלה, זרועות הבטחון , הרבנות הראשית ומערכותיה, גורם המייצג את העם היהודי ובוודאי לא את היהודים שלאזוריהם שולחו המחבלים הרוצחים. מדינת ישראל שואבת את הלגיטימציה שלה מחנופה לרוצחים ערבים ומעיוות מוחלט של ערכי הרחמים והחסד. שוללת זכויות הקנין היהודי, אינה מכירה בזכויות הלאומיות של העם היהודי על ארץ ישראל ומתכחשת להן, הורסת בתי יהודים, מגרשת יהודים מבתיהם, מרחיקה צעירים העוסקים בהגנה עצמית, ממשיכה להחזיק אסירים יהודים מעטים ביותר שנאלצו לפי תפיסתם לקחת את ה'אין-חוק' בידיים, בבתי סוהר ובמאסרי עולם שלא נקצבו, ואסירים יהודיים מעורערים שהיו קרבנות למדוחי השב"כ, לשם טיפוח עלילות דם נגד יהודים כדי לנדותם ולהתעלל בהם כדי שיוקל להחרימם מתוך חברת אדם. לפיכך כל יהודי שיש לו כבוד עצמי יידע שהוא הפך לשבוי במאסר עולם של מדינה בלתי ראויה המַעטה חרפה נצחית על העם היהודי. כדי לכפר על בושתה ולהחזיר כבודה שאינו ניתן לתיקון עלולה מה שנקרא מדינת ישראל להיכנס למערכת של שיבושי דעת קיצוניים , תצא למלחמות מיותרות או מלחמות שלא התכוננה להן כראוי. וגם אם תנצח בהן היא שוב לא תדע לאחר שפיכות דמים לא משוערת בהיקפה מה לעשות בנצחון הפירוס שתנחל. מטרת הקיום של מדינת ישראל המדומה הפכה להקמת מדינת אויב בארץ ישראל בהסכמת אומות העולם ותוך אונס הערבים לקבל מה שכלל אינם מבקשים. כיוון שמדינת ישראל הפכה למסוכנת לציבור ולמחוסרת צלם אנוש , בלתי כשירה לכל שיקול דעת, בנסיבות שנוצרו אנו קוראים ליהודים שלא אבדו את שפיותם שחייהם יקרים להם ושכבודם הלאומי הוא הנכס העיקרי שלהם, להצטרף להנהגת הרשות היהודית כדי לבטא הנהגה חדשה לעם היהודי ולחשוף אותה מתוך תעתועי הזמן. בראש ובראשונה אנו פונים לתושבי ירושלים ושכונותיה ותושבי הישו"ב.[יהודה שומרון ובנימין] לקבוע בבית נבחרים שיקימו את חוקי היסוד ואת המוסדות הראויים ובעלי הכושר להנהגה על פי החלטת הציבור בשעה חמורה זאת. כדי להקים צבא ראוי וחגורות בטחון ראויות חייבת להתעורר ולקום נחישות לאומית כללית המשותפת לרצונם של מאות אלפי אנשים. זולת זאת, רוצחים ומתעתעים יכוונו את חיינו כדי סילוקנו מביתנו ומארצנו. האחריות היא של כל יהודי. עם שחרור המחבלים(function() { var scribd = document.createElement("script"); scribd.type = "text/javascript"; scribd.async = true; scribd.src = "http://www.scribd.com/javascripts/embed_code/inject.js"; var s = document.getElementsByTagName("script")[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(scribd, s); })();

עסקת שליט, יש לזכור, לא באה יש מאין. היא חוליה בשרשרת. חוליה בשרשרת של קריסות אידיאולוגיות. לא רק קריסות מול חטיפות של מחבלים, אלא גם חוליה בשרשרת של קריסות מדיניות. קריסות שנעשו ברובן המכריע ע"י ממשלות ליכוד

ד"ר רון בריימן: כל עוד לא הטילה ישראל מצור אמיתי על עזה וכל עוד לא חוסלו ראשי החמאס, לא נוכל להישיר מבט ולומר שעשינו הכל למען גלעד. ולכן לא הייתה הצדקה לכניעה ולמחירה
